We often get asked "how long are your lead times?", and the short answer is...very short!
We keep lots of stock so we can fulfil orders very quickly. Our usual ECO delivery service is 3 working days to almost anywhere in the UK (The Shetlands, Orkneys etc can take a little longer!) or we can do Next Day service to most places (for an extra £12 at cost per delivery booking – not per pallet). We can send full pallets of 35 square metres (140 slabs) out immediately, while any other amounts need to be shortened, wrapped and banded by hand which takes an extra day in the warehouse.
For very large bulk orders on a dedicated lorry it’s usually the same week, and on an artic possibly the same week or otherwise the next week, depending on our international freight shipping schedules.
We keep stock available for collection from us at all times.
