Statutory right to cancel if you’re a consumer
Consumer Cancellation Right
If you’re ordering Goods from us as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel any online or telephone orders (excluding orders for bespoke or made-to-measure Goods) and receive a full refund, including standard delivery charges. This is your Consumer Cancellation Right and it applies in addition to any other rights set out under these Terms and our Group Sale Terms.

How to return Goods that have already been delivered to you when you’ve exercised your Consumer CancellationRight
You can return any Goods to us, along with proof of purchase. Or, you can arrange for us to collect the Goods by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01536 669630, with you order number and details of the Goods youwant to return. We’ll then arrange for the Goods to be collected by our nominated carrier. Please note that our minimum charge for this collection service is 10% of the order value as a re-stocking fee plus carriage, this may be more depending on your location and the type of Goods.
In general we will charge carriage at cost. Goods must be in their original packaging, if the goods have been taken off the pallet then they will have to be re-banded or suitably secured to the pallet for safe transit and we must have proof of such before collection can be arranged. In any case, Goods returned must be in their original unused condition.
Your refund when you exercise your Consumer Cancellation Right
We’ll refund your returned Goods as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving them back. The refund will be made to the debit or credit card you used to pay for the Goods or by Bank Transfer. Please note that we have the right to reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any decrease in the Goods’ value that has resulted from the manner in which you’ve handled them.
Unless you have a consumer cancellation right or faulty/defective Goods any cancellations/returns and refunds are at our discretion.

If we do accept a return of the Goods, they must be returned in their original condition within 20 days of the date of delivery to you.
You’ll be responsible for returning the Goods to us at your own cost and we may deduct a restocking charge from the amount of your refund.
